Back to topAll orders are shipped UPS or common motor freight carrier daily. All orders received by 3:30 CST are shipped the same business day.
We strive to fulfill all orders 100%, but in the event of a back order you will be notified prior to shipping. All back orders will be held for 30 days.
Back to topIf there are any errors, discrepancies or need for a return of your order you MUST contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Any returns not containing an RMA number will be refused at our dock upon receipt.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges of any exchanges that ARE NOT defective or items shipped incorrectly.
