360 Motorsports accepts orders online and payments may be processed by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

360 Motorsports does not accept COD orders, but orders may be prepaid by Money Order or Cashiers Check.

360 Motorsports honors warranties of the manufacturer of the product. If you have an issue with a product purchased from 360 Motorsports, we will contact the manufacturer and handle the exchange or replacement of the part for you.

All orders are shipped UPS or common motor freight carrier daily. All orders received by 3:30 CST are shipped the same business day.

We strive to fulfill all orders 100%, but in the event of a back order you will be notified prior to shipping. All back orders will be held for 30 days.

If there are any errors, discrepancies or need for a return of your order you MUST contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Any returns not containing an RMA number will be refused at our dock upon receipt.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges of any exchanges that ARE NOT defective or items shipped incorrectly.
